The 2009 NBA all star game will be held in Phoenix Arizona just as Commissioner David Stern announced back in 2007. This is not the first time that Phoenix has had the privilege to host the games, in fact this will be the third time. The other years that the All Star game has graced these desert plains was in 1975 and 1995. This year should prove to be just as enjoyable, if not more enjoyable than years in past.
The nba allstar game 2009 with begin with a night where the rookies and second year players face off in the rookie challenge. The next night will be the All Star Saturday night face off. This night is usually one of the most exciting. There is a 3 point shooting competition, skills competition, and it will be topped off when the best of the best high flying athletes take the stage for the slam dunk competition. On top of all the court action the nba allstar game 2009 will roll out their Jam Session which is a 450,000 square foot center for fans of all ages to enjoy the action. Inside is enough room for 48 regulation size basketball courts and more basketballs than you can imagine. There will not be a disappointed basketball fan found anywhere within the state lines of Arizona.
The 2009 NBA Allstar Game will start at 8:00pm EST (5:00pm PST) and will be available on your local TNT station.

Why did chris brown beat up Rihanna? Well it sounds ridiculous but the word on the street is Rihanna gave Chris Brown herpes. Both Brown and Rihanna pulled out of the Grammy’s at the last minute because of these events. More news will be posted when more is known about the situation.
Giving someone herpes is really bad and aboslutely does NOT justify Chris Brown striking Rihanna, however, I can understand his frustration. What are your thoughts about it?

Dancing with the Stars announced its 2009 cast throughout Sunday night instead of announcing it on “Good Morning America.” The cast includes an interesting list of celebrity entertainers. The strategic announcement is an attempt by ABC to thwart the Grammys on CBS, though I’ll be surprised if it takes away any sizeable audience from the Grammys.
The Cast: Jewel, Lil’ Kim, Shawn Johnson, Steve “The Woz” Wozniak, NFL star Lawrence Taylor, Steve-O, Belinda Carlisle, Nancy O’Dell, Denise Richards, country singer Chuck Wicks, cowboy Ty Murray, comedian David Alan Grier and actor Gilles Marini.
Who do you think will do well this season?
Who are some of your early favorites?

Jennifer Hudson 2009 Grammy Performance: ‘You Pulled Me Through’
is one of her best performances, and this reader thinks she has one of the best voices. Her performance of her song ‘You Pulled Me Through’ was very very moving and she nailed it. She’s been through a lot so all you brothas out there should cut her some slack. I am also freely admitting that I loved the backup choir. Jennifer ended the song fighting back tears and received a standing ovation.
